LIC Recruitment 2012: -

LIC managers of financial services recruitment 2012-2013 : - 

About 48 directors of financial services are provided to allow for the period 2012-2013 by the various offices of the central division (MP & Chhattishgarh) on a contract basis for 3 years (renewable depending on the performance) under the authority Zonal Office, Bhopal

Lic Job Requirements 2012-13: - 

This is primarily a marketing job. The candidate  must be directly responsible for the acquisition of new business, maintain and employment policy bank branches / other outlets allotted to them. They also carry out any other instructions given to them from time to time. For these significant movements vocation including visits throughout the region assigned to them are involved.

ELIGIBILITY Qualification: - 

The candidate must have a degree from a university in India established by law. Preference may be given to candidates who possess a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing / Management. Good knowledge of English and a regional language preferably local language is desirable. Knowledge of soft skills such as Power Point / Word / Excel would be additional advantage.

Age group: (i) The applicant must have completed 21 years and not more than 35 years … January 3, 2012

Selection Procedure: - 

Selection is made on the basis of a written test if necessary, followed by an interview of the candidates who qualify the written test will be Objective Type covering examen.Geschreven Reasoning Test, numeracy and general knowledge. The date and venue of the written test, if to be conducted, will be communicated to eligible candidates individually.

Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in the commitment period based on business needs.

The selected candidate will undergo a theoretical examination conducted by the IRDA and pass a license to gain purchase life insurance. Following the purchase of the license, if the applicant is deemed suitable for selection in accordance with the scheme can be elected as Executive Financial Services on a contractual basis, in conditions framed by the Corporation.

INTERVIEW:

Successful candidates in the written test (if conducted) or eligible candidates will be invited for an interview. The Company reserves the right to limit the number of candidates to be called for written test and / or interview with the number of directors of financial services and the decision to switch the Company in this respect is the final limit. If no matching fun in this regard. Successful candidates will be appointed as Director of Financial Services subject to their being found medically by the coroner by adjusting LIC purpose
